One of the wonders of the Apuan Alps is the presence of underground caves of unimaginable size, depth and beauty- e.g Antro del Corchia (Wind Cave) and Abisso Olivier. The so called Wind Cave is considered a kind of window into the underworld. With a guided tour you can easily access this once difficult to reach alcove. The interior of the cave is equipped with concrete walkways and lights that allow everyone, even the youngest explorers, to see stalactites, stalagmites and magnificent crystal-brimmed lakes.
